Delivery

What are the delivery options available?

  • Self Collection at Logistic Center: 1781 Geylang Bahru #01-03 Kallang Distripark Singapore 339708
  • By Air Shipment. Upon checkout, the frieght cost will be calculated based on the destination provided. You may check on the shipping pages for more information https://www.reliablefluidsystems.com/pages/shipping
  • By Sea Shipment. The term of sea shipment will be EX-WORK. Buyer may arrange forwarder for the collection of items at our logistic center.If you have any question, please contact us at +65 6294 1700 or email us info@reliablefluidsystems.com
  • Can I self-collect the items or arrange my own forwarder?

    Yes. When checking out the items in the shopping cart, please select self-collect. Our team will send you an email with the packing list once the items are ready.

    Help! My order is super urgent. Can you help?

    We understand that you will need the items urgently.

    Same-day shipment is available on most orders received in our warehouse, Monday through Friday (Singapore Time UTC+08:00), excluding public holidays.

    Orders received outside of the times specified above, will ship on the following normal business day.

    Logistic Centre

    What are the operating hours for the Logistic Centre?

    Our logistics center now operates from Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.00pm , Saturday from 8.30am to 11.00am (Singapore Time UTC+08:00). We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

      I have an item that requires technical support to check if RFS has its equivalent. How can I get help?

      You can call our Technical Support Hotline at +65 6294 1700 for advice. Alternatively, you can email our technical support team a picture of your product at info@reliablefluidsystems.com.

        Payment

        How do I make payment?

        • Select your payment method.
        • You may enter a Purchase Order Number, but it is not required. This number is strictly used for your internal reference.
        • Reliable Fluid Systems does not collect or charge sales tax/VAT outside of Singapore. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable VAT charges.
        • Click "Continue Checkout".

        Warranty

        What are your warranty conditions?

        We are liable as follows for defects of the delivery item, to the exclusion of further claims:

        • Defects are to be notified in writing immediately. In the event of justified, immediate notice of defects we are entitled to our choice to remedy the defect or supply a replacement. Replaced parts will become our property.
        • In the event of supplying a replacement our liability is limited to the costs of the replacement item only. These are only paid where they occur in Singapore.
        • No claims for alleged faults shall be accepted in the event of unsuitable or improper use of the goods delivered, incorrect assembly or operation by the customer or third parties, normal wear and tear, damage as a result of erroneous or negligent treatment, improper maintenance, the use of incorrect operating materials, improper storage or any other circumstances for which the customer or third parties are responsible.

        I have ordered the wrong items. Can I return them?

        Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days from the date of shipment.

        • This does not include items identified as "NCNR", "Non-Cancelable/Non-Returnable", "Non-Standard Products" or governed by a Purchase Agreement Letter.
        • Only products originally shipped from RFS will be returned to RFS. All others will be promptly disposed of or returned to the customer at the customer's cost.
        • By a Customer returning products to RFS, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from RFS and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor or another such source of the product.
        • The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective).
        • Return Freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments.
        • Some products may require that they are returned directly to the manufacturer.
