Full coupling forged pipe fitting is made in accordance with ASME B16.11, MSS-SP-79\83\95\97, and BS3799 standards. Fittings made through the forging process are commonly used in high pressure and corrosive conditions as they have a thicker wall compared to the usual pipe fittings. It is a connector in between nominal bore pipe.
- Known as pipe coupler. This full coupler connects small bore pipes.
- The fitting is molded using compressive force with high heat and pressure. The grain size will be more refined resulting in higher strength and resistance to external impacts.
- Excellent performance in high pressure application as it has a working pressure up to 3000/6000 PSI. Ideal for application where high pressure or extremely corrosive conditions exist.
