These tubes, constructed from SS316/TP316 material has higher durability, ductility, and hardness. For ease of handling, the tubes are precision-cut into one-meter lengths, conveniently bundled in sets of six. Depending on the intended use, SS316 tubes offer diverse finishing options. The available finishing is annealed and pickled and polished 320 grit. The annealed and pickled (AP) finish, characterized by a matte surface, suits applications where appearance is not of paramount importance. This finishing choice enhances ductility, facilitating easier bending. Alternatively, for projects where aesthetics plays a crucial role, the polished 320 grit finish presents a shiny surface. The pickled finish offers a purer look, while the difference between SS316 and SS316L tubes lies in welding considerations. When welding is involved, opting for SS316L tubes is advisable due to their lower carbon content, resulting in increased ductility. When bending hydraulic tubes, it is recommended to maintain a radius of three times the external tube's outer diameter. Installation of a stainless-steel tube involves cutting and bending using a hydraulic tube bender or manual methods, followed by welding. Subsequently, integrate the tube with other hydraulic components for a seamless assembly. Additionally, to minimize fluid vibration within the tube, consider employing a pipe clamp.
